How to meet special educational needs
Запрошуємо на тренінг «Embracing Diversity: Students with Special Educational Needs in an Inclusive Classroom» від американської експертки з інклюзивної освіти Jennifer Trahtman.
На тренінгу ми розглянемо види особливих потреб у дітей (ADHD, дислексія, дискалькулія, розлади аутичного спектру та інші) та стратегії роботи з інклюзивними учнями у школі та за її межами.
Тренінг допоможе розпізнавати проблеми у дітей та ефективно навчати змішані класи. Запрошуємо викладачів, батьків та всіх, хто цікавиться цією темою.
The goal of this interactive session is to provide strategies for inclusive classroom teaching for students with special educational needs. Diagnostic features of specific student disabilities will be reviewed, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning disabilities (e.g. dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia), sensory disabilities (hearing and vision impairment), intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and mental health disorders including anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. Multi-modal learning strategies, classroom modifications, and behavioral modifications will be discussed as well as the use of specific learning aids and other resources.
