Using AI in Student-Centered Maths and Science Classrooms
This presentation explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhances learning in student-centered Mathematics and Science classrooms through creative, hands-on activities and teaching examples from real AI projects.
Students verify and refine AI-generated answers, create scientific stories, run predictive simulations, and experience personalized learning through adaptive quizzes or songs. They also use AI for data visualization, presentation preparation, and educational game design, connecting theory with real-world applications.
The session highlights the do’s and don’ts of AI use in teaching, promoting ethical awareness, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity—key 21st-century competencies for responsible and innovative learning.
